Salary: $79,900 - $110,000

What you will do

• Provide production support for Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP in partnership with business users.
• Analyze and resolve system issues by collaborating with functional leads and developers.
• Write and execute SQL queries to support root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and share technical knowledge.
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce recurring system issues.
• Participate in incident reviews and team problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

• Must have permanent work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship).
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Oracle R12 SCM, specifically Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Functional knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance modules.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, onsite environment.
