Salary: $125,100 – $165,000

What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Service modules from requirements gathering to post-production support.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Field Service, Service Contracts, Territory Management, and Depot Repair modules.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Oracle leading practices.
• Translate complex functional requirements into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues within the Oracle Service ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and leadership to execute service initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or engineering.
• 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
• Extensive functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Field Service, Depot Repair, and Service Contracts.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects through full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within the Oracle Service domain.
• Ability to work independently and influence teams across the organization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Oracle Cloud Service Certification(s).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (CX, ERP, HCM).
