What you will do
- Define ERP program scope, roadmap, and objectives aligned with digital transformation goals and business strategy.
- Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization across core functions.
- Partner with business leaders to re-engineer and standardize processes based on ERP best practices.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors and system integrators, overseeing SOWs and deliverables.
- Mitigate ERP-specific risks, ensuring compliance with SDLC, SOX, and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with OCM to drive user adoption and training strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations (Oracle or similar platforms).
- Proven success delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of ERP architecture and business process integration (finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, Illinois.
Nice to have
- PMP, SAP, or Oracle ERP certifications.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and experience with Agile.
- Experience with multi-instance ERP consolidation and global rollouts.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or ServiceNow PPM.
