What you will do

• Define ERP program scope, roadmap, and objectives aligned with digital transformation goals and business strategy.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization across core functions.
• Partner with business leaders to re-engineer and standardize processes based on ERP best practices.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors and system integrators, overseeing SOWs and deliverables.
• Mitigate ERP-specific risks, ensuring compliance with SDLC, SOX, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with OCM to drive user adoption and training strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations (Oracle or similar platforms).
• Proven success delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of ERP architecture and business process integration (finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, Illinois.

Nice to have

• PMP, SAP, or Oracle ERP certifications.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and experience with Agile.
• Experience with multi-instance ERP consolidation and global rollouts.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or ServiceNow PPM.
