What you will do

• Consult with business partners to define requirements and translate them into specific IT solutions and process designs.
• Lead the review and design concepts for new systems, documenting technical designs for integration and implementation.
• Develop strategic business cases including cost, service, and benefit dimensions for executive funding decisions.
• Manage Sourcing, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Management processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Collaborate with solution architects to establish IT architectural guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex functional and technical issues across the value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Masters degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software development, delivery, and creating digital technology roadmaps.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud P2P modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Cost Accounting.
• Expertise in data integrations, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional capabilities and industry trends.
• Ability to interact effectively with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Integration, SaaS, PaaS, and BI analytics platforms.
• Experience with Jump, RF Smart, and Oracle Mobile Inventory.
• Understanding of RPA, AI, and ML techniques for trend analysis and anomaly detection.
