What you will do

• Support the deployment of quality culture, systems, and tools within the local unit.
• Facilitate customer case resolution using robust root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Develop and manage suppliers to support business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with local functions to reach quality targets and ensure sustainable operations.
• Implement and uphold quality standards and procedures through a hands-on approach.

Requirements

• Established skills in supplier development, approval processes, and management of supplier issues.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 and experience in internal/supplier auditing and CAPA implementation.
• Highly skilled in problem-solving methodologies and developing quality standards.
• Capability to read technical drawings and complete PPAP documentation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Coleshill, UK.
• Must fully comply with all local hirify.global employment requirements and processes.
