What you will do

• Deliver the agency's value proposition and align internal resources to meet client needs.
• Leverage referrals and targeted introductions from existing relationships.
• Act as a primary relationship steward and lead strategist for complex client accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and active 2-20 Florida insurance license is mandatory.
• Prior B2B sales experience with a focus on consultative selling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
