What you will do

• Own the product portfolio and create a unified roadmap across creator tooling, commerce, checkout, payments, and buyer experiences.
• Lead the AI transformation of the product, including autonomy boundaries, evaluation, reliability, failure modes, and customer decision support.
• Drive commercial outcomes through validated demand, business cases, value propositions, and success metrics.
• Build discovery, prioritization, metric, and product decision-making standards across the function.
• Lead, hire, level, and develop product managers while shaping the product organization.
• Partner as an equal with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years directly leading product managers with people responsibility.
• Portfolio-level product leadership covering discovery, prioritization across multiple teams, and defensible metric systems.
• Experience shipping a product where AI was the core mechanism, including evaluation methods, production failures, and regression prevention.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Experience with complex multi-sided products and SaaS platforms; monetization, subscriptions, and revenue mechanics are relevant.
• Excellent English communication required; the role is based in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with agentic product patterns such as tool use, retrieval, orchestration, or MCP.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or Series A–C company.
• German language skills.
• Public contributions to product or AI product thinking.
