Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Data Platform.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to scale targeting capabilities across multiple data domains.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to lead a squad of engineers and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Define and track key metrics to measure platform success, reliability, and business impact.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through clear communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with data platforms, personalization, or audience targeting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, data-driven mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with engineering teams.
