What you will do

• Elicit and document business, functional, and system-level requirements for enterprise customers.
• Translate complex data sets into solution-oriented designs that address specific business goals.
• Lead technical architecture, analysis, and design throughout the solution life-cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering and Professional Services to scope and deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary solution expert during pre-sales and implementation cycles.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on solution approaches, impact assessments, and project readouts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or customer engagement.
• 3+ years of experience in the contact center domain.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture and solution design.
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including pre-sales and solution scoping.
