What you will do
- Own and manage a designated sales territory to drive new business.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline at 4X the license quota.
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners, lead generation, inside sales, and engineering teams.
- Convert cold prospects into long-term enterprise champions.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline sales efficiency and data analysis.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or complex automation solutions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to command a boardroom.
- Proficiency in strategic sales methodologies.
- Ability to effectively prompt and utilize AI systems for sales scaling.
