Clinical Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: Remote, US; clinicians must have office space and be able to see clients in the Oregon area, including Bend, Central Point, Corvallis, Eugene, La Grande, Medford, Salem, or Warrenton.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including complex and severe presentations.
• Use evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Apply clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises when needed.
• Deliver care through an independent or group practice, with in-person care strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based therapy and applying clinical best practices.
• Office space and the ability to see clients in the Oregon area are required; in-person care is strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
