What you will do
- Resolve operational challenges for corporate international clients by coordinating with various departments.
- Manage account administration, including opening, closing, and blocking accounts based on internal or external requests.
- Process non-commercial documentation, such as account opening confirmations, capital increase letters, and guarantees.
- Handle payment investigations and manage banking correspondence via SWIFT with financial institutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of static data and client documentation in banking systems.
- Participate in Agile events, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives, to maintain an effective working style.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
- At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Knowledge of Dutch.
