What you will do

• Develop and implement global retail category strategies for GWP, uniforms, and collateral.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and value creation opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage strategic supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market and industry insights to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and code of conduct.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Retail Marketing or Merchandising.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence global stakeholders.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
