What you will do

  • Coordinate external training organizations and manage the annual training calendar.
  • Design training modules in collaboration with internal facilitators and external partners.
  • Organize post-training satisfaction surveys and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain live reporting on training activity, including budget tracking and purchase requests.
  • Facilitate training needs analysis and communicate validated decisions to employees.
  • Keep all training documentation updated in the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Must be a student in a Master’s degree program (business school, HR, or L&D).
  • Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship contract.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR or L&D.
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French are required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
