What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries and processes.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Participate in the creation of standardized HR practices across different offices.
- Enhance HR policies to improve employee experience.
- Prepare payroll runs with the support of the Payroll Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships based on trust.
