What you will do

• Lead global category strategies for HR services, travel, mobility, and fleet.
• Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs and RFPs.
• Negotiate complex global and regional contracts, commercial frameworks, and SLAs.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, and governance routines.
• Drive commercial outcomes and continuous improvement through supplier rationalization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to balance cost, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Proven track record in managing HR services, travel, fleet, or complex business services.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical and financial acumen with experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
