What you will do
- Contact customers requesting cancellation or at risk of leaving to provide effective retention solutions.
- Reconnect with inactive merchants to encourage them to resume trading.
- Manage contract renewals and secure long-term agreements.
- Handle objections confidently while protecting company revenue.
- Use live pricing and calculations during customer conversations to demonstrate value.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and work toward clear performance targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (essential).
- Experience in customer service, sales, retention, or account management.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling difficult conversations.
- Ability to think commercially and make quick decisions in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 6 weekends.
