TL;DR

API Product Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving adoption of payments-as-a-service offerings with enterprise customers with an accent on consultative B2B sales and C-level relationship management. Focus on building a strategic network of enterprise clients and coordinating complex payment solutions to expand the global footprint.

Location: Hybrid or Remote. Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK

Salary: PLN 14,000 - 20,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

  • Build a network of enterprise customers to generate revenue across payment solutions.
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with clients by demonstrating continuous value.
  • Coordinate innovative problem-solving solutions tailored to global payment requirements.
  • Manage accurate forecasts and pipelines to achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Development Managers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Mentor other sales executives on strategies to reach their targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK
  • Language: Professional fluency in Polish is required for the target market
  • 4+ years of experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing progressive technologies to market.
  • Experience working within ambitious sales organizations.
  • Experience creating B2B service partnerships with third-party companies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Existing network of business partners relevant to payment offerings.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
