What you will do

• Lead all health, safety, and environmental operations for High and Medium Voltage production lines.
• Supervise and provide daily direction to the site HSE team.
• Implement and maintain facility policies to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications in partnership with the Quality Department.
• Drive incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes to foster a zero-injury culture.
• Conduct internal and external audits and represent the facility during regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Abbeville, SC.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, engineering, or equivalent direct experience.
• 3+ years of experience in OSHA compliance, incident management, and procedural development.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience with environmental permit compliance and waste management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
