TL;DR

Customer Support Coordinator (Energy): Acting as the primary point of contact for energy traders and providing operational support to Revenue teams with an accent on platform troubleshooting and data management. Focus on maintaining high-quality customer service, optimizing support workflows, and collaborating across Product and Engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in Munich or able to work in a hybrid setup from Germany

What you will do

  • Serve as the first-line support for users via calls, tickets, and live chat.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve platform issues.
  • Maintain and expand the Help Center with guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Manage operational tasks including user onboarding, permissions, and CRM data hygiene.
  • Monitor support metrics to identify product enhancements and workflow optimizations.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketplace teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or operations.
  • Professional business-level proficiency in both English and German.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM and support tools like Zoho, Zendesk, or Intercom.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on maintaining clean records and optimizing interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or energy-related sectors.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize customer support interactions.
