Location: Must be based in Munich or able to work in a hybrid setup from Germany

What you will do
- Serve as the first-line support for users via calls, tickets, and live chat.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve platform issues.
- Maintain and expand the Help Center with guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Manage operational tasks including user onboarding, permissions, and CRM data hygiene.
- Monitor support metrics to identify product enhancements and workflow optimizations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketplace teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or operations.
- Professional business-level proficiency in both English and German.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM and support tools like Zoho, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on maintaining clean records and optimizing interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or energy-related sectors.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize customer support interactions.
