What you will do

• Analyze and investigate technical issues reported by enterprise customers using logs, traces, and metrics.
• Read and trace PHP code across multiple repositories to verify hypotheses and identify root causes.
• Query relational databases to confirm system state and reproduce reported issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, ensuring clear communication and expectation management with clients.
• Partner with engineering teams to frame issues, provide evidence, and advocate for customer impact.
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage for high-severity incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
• Proficiency in reading PHP code and tracing logic.
• Hands-on experience with observability and central logging tools like Datadog, Kibana, or Elasticsearch.
• Solid SQL skills for querying databases and understanding data models.
• Working knowledge of distributed systems, HTTP, API debugging, and REST/webhook flows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
