Location: Remote within Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.

What you will do

• Run technical programs, including weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel, providing technical expertise and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist customers with implementation, offering technical support to unblock them.
• Partner with other teams to build playbooks, reference workflows, and integration patterns.
• Translate common questions and hurdles into reusable technical assets.
• Build internal automations for the CS team, such as health-score triggers and lifecycle alerts.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management (TAM), Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Scalable mindset with empathy for builders and developers.

Nice to have

• Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.).
