What you will do

• Act as an internal consultant for Adobe AEM, advising teams and clients on digital platform architecture.
• Gather technical and non-functional requirements to propose and design scalable solutions.
• Create high-level technical designs and documentation to guide development teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts on roadmap planning and project estimation.
• Provide technical governance, code reviews, and support for complex solution implementations.
• Interface between development and third-party infrastructure teams for issue triage and optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Commercial experience with Java or HTML/JavaScript across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills with experience in building and consuming microservices.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to write detailed technical documentation.
• Experience working within Agile (SCRUM) environments.
• Ability to support business analysts in client meetings and discovery phases.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in Spring, CSS, and modern web development practices.
