What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, Construction, and Security.
• Manage the design and deployment of network, Wi-Fi, cabling, and facility technology.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, RFPs, SOWs, and invoice tracking against budgets.
• Ensure project compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain project artifacts and documentation within Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience managing infrastructure for site expansions or IT projects.
• Proven experience with formal project management methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.

Nice to have

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with enterprise network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cloud).
• Experience delivering IT scope in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
