What you will do
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for infrastructure initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, Construction, and Security.
- Manage the design and deployment of network, Wi-Fi, cabling, and facility technology.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, RFPs, SOWs, and invoice tracking against budgets.
- Ensure project compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and regulations.
- Maintain project artifacts and documentation within Jira.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience managing infrastructure for site expansions or IT projects.
- Proven experience with formal project management methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
Nice to have
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with enterprise network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cloud).
- Experience delivering IT scope in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
