Salary: $99,200 - $183,520 Annual

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day onsite IT operations and desktop support workflows, including ticket prioritization and escalation.
• Administer studio infrastructure, endpoints, and mixed-platform environments across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Partner with centralized corporate IT to implement enterprise standards, identity management (IAM), and security practices.
• Coordinate technical initiatives across distributed studio and satellite locations in North America and Europe.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management, asset tracking, and employee onboarding/provisioning.
• Maintain office infrastructure, including workstations, meeting room technology, and cabling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
• Professional experience administering Linux systems.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and user lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise productivity platforms and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM, Proxmox) and version control systems (Git, Perforce).

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), MECM, and Exchange.
• Knowledge of Jamf and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting and automation tools.
• Previous experience supporting game studio or creative production environments.
