🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital design, content production, creative operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation tools, generative AI workflows, and production automation.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading stakeholder communications in international environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple teams, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Experience leading offshore or international production teams (ideally including India).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; strong attention to visual quality and brand consistency.
