What you will do

• Design and implement backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and client-side technical teams to refine requirements.
• Define modernization plans and justify architectural decisions.
• Take ownership of tasks from requirements analysis through to release.
• Identify dependencies, escalate roadblocks, and evaluate technical risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Hands-on expertise with C#/.NET and Blazor.
• Strong experience with SQL, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Git and Git Flow practices.
• Experience working as both a solo developer and a team lead in enterprise projects.
• Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance or financial systems, specifically credit insurance.
• Understanding of system design and architectural documentation.
• Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
