What you will do

• Design and operate network connectivity across global colocation sites and cloud providers.
• Deliver end-to-end network setups including cross-connects, routing, and validation testing.
• Investigate and resolve complex network issues related to latency, jitter, and packet loss.
• Address performance bottlenecks in collaboration with systems and hardware engineering teams.
• Manage timing-sensitive networking (PTP/NTP) including bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Improve operational repeatability through automation, scripting, and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production networks, Linux, and NGFW.
• Solid understanding of routing and switching fundamentals including BGP, OSPF, and L2/L3 design.
• Strong grasp of how network performance impacts system and application behavior.
• Ability to work end-to-end and collaborate effectively across technical domains.
• Automation mindset with proficiency in Python or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience in low-latency or performance-sensitive environments like trading or exchanges.
• Knowledge of colocation and provider connectivity including optics and acceptance testing.
• Experience with cloud connectivity solutions like Direct Connect or ExpressRoute.
• CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent hands-on experience.
