Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

Salary: CAD 85,000–150,000.

What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email.
• Resolve complex technical concerns related to installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to drive product quality.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineering, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• 1-7 years of hands-on experience in networking, including protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs.
• MS degree in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP).
• Strong comfort level with Linux.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, or IXIA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior TAC experience.
• Industry certifications.
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, C++, Java, or shell.
