What you will do

• Architect and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native backend systems using Go and AWS.
• Design and operate production-grade REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Identify architectural risks and implement solutions for security, compliance, and performance within the customer subscription space.
• Mentor and guide engineers to elevate design rigor, technical problem decomposition, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Product, DevOps, and Security for end-to-end delivery.
• Advise management on technology direction and technical investments aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• 10+ years of experience building high-performing, data-intensive applications running in the Cloud.
• Advanced expertise in Go (Golang) and/or .Net.
• Strong database fundamentals: SQL/NoSQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by regional constraints and 401K benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with identity federation and SSO protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
• Contributions to Go/Golang or cloud-native open-source projects.
