What you will do
- Coach and lead team members to deliver innovative solutions for mitigating legal consumer risks.
- Manage day-to-day prioritization, workflow, and report on performance KPIs.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of communication material for consumer authorities, lawyers, and private legal practitioners.
- Coordinate Legal and GDPR inquiries with the Legal, Regulatory, and DPO teams.
- Identify and report PR risks in national and local media to minimize negative visibility.
- Lead initiatives to analyze and optimize business processes to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership and team management.
- Solid experience in managing consumer and tourism disputes under Spanish regulations in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR).
- Spanish: Native (C2) with proven legal-writing experience.
- English: Professional level (B2).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Italian language and Italian tourism/consumer regulations.
- Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo).
- Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, or Data Studio.
- Experience with Slack or Microsoft Teams.
