What you will do

• Support Regional Directors and Senior Associates in daily business development and retention activities.
• Prepare presentation materials including portfolio reviews and introductory decks for insurance clients.
• Compile performance data and analytical materials to respond to client inquiries.
• Facilitate the completion of due diligence requests and client questionnaires.
• Maintain the CRM database and build marketing lists for investment forums and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, portfolio management, research, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.
• Background or strong interest in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within 8 weeks of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
