What you will do

• Lead the development of actuarial studies, pricing models, and claim trend analyses to inform business decisions.
• Diagnose complex problems, uncover root causes, and devise creative analytical solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations and decision support to management and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and technical excellence.
• Develop, design, and test innovative analytic frameworks to solve high-impact business challenges.
• Ensure the internal and external consistency of all actuarial work through advanced reasonability checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• 5 years of Actuarial experience in a specialized area.
• ASA Certification (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) is required.
• Pursuing or possessing FSA Certification (preferred).
• Must be based in the USA.
