What you will do

  • Manage campaign production requests, confirming requirements, timelines, and assets.
  • Build and update campaign components in Eloqua, including emails, forms, and audience segments.
  • Perform rigorous pre-launch QA checks on links, tracking, rendering, and personalization.
  • Manage contact lists ensuring adherence to data quality, consent, and privacy standards.
  • Support broader marketing operations, including tech stack audits, data hygiene, and platform clean-up.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency in documentation and routine production tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign production, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to execute audience segmentation, list uploads, and campaign launch processes.
  • Strong attention to detail for performing complex QA checks across campaign setups.
  • Ability to proofread English-language campaign content for accuracy and formatting.
  • Collaborative approach to supporting internal business partners across different regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically with Eloqua and Salesforce.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for making minor edits to email templates.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or a global marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance standards.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and QA in marketing operations.
