What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
• Utilize data and customer insights via Excel and Tableau to optimize promotional calendars and targeted strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, quality assurance, audience segmentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing stakeholders to develop promotional messaging and manage asset workflows.
• Identify new operational improvements and promotional opportunities by leveraging AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital promotions, project management, online gaming, or consumer technology.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Availability to work on a hybrid schedule (three days per week in the Plovdiv office).
• Passion for sports and entertainment, with flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work during major events.
