What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage end-to-end execution, including campaign setup, quality assurance, audience segmentation, and merchandising.
• Analyze campaign performance using data tools to monitor results and recommend experience improvements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Compliance teams to develop messaging and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Identify new promotional opportunities and leverage AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital promotions, merchandising, or project management.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work one weekend shift per month during major sporting events.
• Must be able to work from the office in Plovdiv 3 days per week.
