Senior Client Service Representative (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States

Salary: $41,200–$76,800

What you will do

• Process policies, endorsements, and audits in the agency management system with high accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across all client records and financial documentation.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and support Account Managers with account activity.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies related to premiums, commissions, and accounts receivable.
• Navigate carrier websites to retrieve policy documents and verify coverage for third parties.
• Manage certificate holder lists and prepare various proofs of insurance.

Requirements

• Must obtain Property and Casualty License within 75 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and strong math skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
