What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of high-quality Revit models and documentation for bridge and structural design projects.
• Manage workloads independently to ensure deliverables meet project timeframes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to both local and offshore delivery teams.
• Coordinate the integration and federation of models across multidisciplinary design teams.
• Maintain modelling standards and continuously improve digital engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure developments.
• Strong Revit capability focusing on structures and supporting AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in bridges and/or civil structures projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project timelines.
• Deep understanding of project setup, model governance, and DE workflows.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience working within TfNSW standards.
• Exposure to ports and/or defence projects.
