Salary: $165,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define analytic initiatives and develop data-driven solutions using machine learning.
• Develop and deploy advanced ML models to forecast outcomes and optimize workflows.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify actionable insights using Python, R, and SQL.
• Design and present compelling visualizations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Oversee and enhance data pipelines to ensure high data quality and precision.
• Implement analytic solutions into reporting platforms or production systems, leading the design and monitoring phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience building optimization algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Java.
• Expertise in LLM architecture (transformers, attention), prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with Vector Databases, embeddings, and GPU optimization.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of geospatial analytics, route optimization, and GIS concepts.
• Experience in Rail, Shipping, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industries.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
