What you will do

• Execute full CNC setups, including tooling, work holding, fixturing, and program loading.
• Operate CNC equipment, manual machines, overhead hoists, and various power tools.
• Utilize precision measuring gages (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to verify dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Apply offsets and minor edits to ensure parts remain within tolerance.
• Manage coolant ratios and perform autonomous maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Delavan, WI.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in shop math and print comprehension (GD&T).
• Ability to multi-task to maintain production flow.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50lbs.
• Preferably 3+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation experience.
