What you will do

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions to enhance mission execution and command decision-making.
• Integrate new technologies in lab environments and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls, including performing IP address audits.
• Provide technical support for VPNs, VDI (Citrix), MacOS, and iOS platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve complex enterprise storage issues and replication strategies.
• Implement access controls, monitor system performance, and enforce security policies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, MacOS, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with virtual desktop environments such as Citrix and VMware.
• BS in Computer Science or related field (or HS diploma with 7+ years experience).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco switches.
• Experience with converged infrastructure solutions (e.g., FlexPod) and NetApp storage systems.
• Proficiency with Cisco Intersight and vCenter.
• DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II, Network+, or CCNA certifications.
