Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Space)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Define and analyze software and system requirements for flight-onboard applications.
• Lead the design of architectures and interfaces at the HW/SW level.
• Develop and integrate critical components, including device drivers, RTOS elements, and communication protocols.
• Perform unit, integration, and system-level testing, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL).
• Support verification and validation activities according to industry standards like ECSS and DO-178C.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Proficiency in low-level development, including device drivers and BSPs.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ESA's ECSS standards.
• Experience in cybersecurity.
