What you will do

• Take ownership and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex firmware features for the TouchSense solution.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical system-level issues to ensure software robustness and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and system teams to clarify requirements and influence the product backlog.
• Mentor team members and communicate technical decisions to ensure high-quality automotive-grade delivery.
• Proactively identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Proven experience in developing multi-core real-time automotive-grade software.
• Proficiency in C, Embedded C, and scripting tools like CMake.
• Strong knowledge of ARM architecture, low-level drivers, middleware, and various RTOS.
• Experience with ASPICE and ISO26262 standards.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English required.
