What you will do

• Develop embedded software at various levels of the BSP stack including firmware, bootloaders, and hypervisors.
• Navigate and contribute to complex open-source codebases for embedded target devices.
• Utilize Yocto to build and maintain custom Linux distributions.
• Implement automation scripts using Python to streamline development workflows.
• Perform debugging and profiling on embedded hardware using specialized probes.
• Collaborate with global experts to ensure software architecture meets automotive safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust for embedded systems.
• Understanding of CPU architecture and Linux or RTOS internals.
• Experience with build systems, Makefiles, and scripting languages.
• English proficiency required for technical communication.
• Ability to work in a reliable, conscious manner suitable for security-related certifications.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with ARM-based processor architectures.
• Familiarity with low-level debugging and profiling tools.
• Knowledge of software development processes and compliance models.
