What you will do
- Design, test, and improve in-house applications, including the InsideBusiness Portal, mobile apps, and the ingwb.com website.
- Digitize complex banking processes to enhance the experience for internal and external users.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams alongside Customer Journey Experts and Engineers.
- Maintain a high-level perspective on design needs and prioritize tasks to deliver maximum value to customers.
- Play a key role in establishing and expanding the UX design team within the Romania hub.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in interaction design, with confidence in visual design and user testing.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX cases, ideally within the financial domain.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to the dynamics of an international organization.
