Senior UX Design Consultant, Budapest

Lab49 is expanding its design team within hirify.global to create desktop, web, and mobile applications for clients.

What you will do

• Define the overall user experience of systems, including screen layouts, information, actions, interactions, and data visualizations.
• Solve workflow problems and develop new ways to visualize market data.
• Research, sketch, present, iterate, and refine design concepts with clients.
• Collaborate with product and development teams on customer-facing solutions.
• Learn client business domains and build rapport with diverse end users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture, including defining and driving the design process.
• Hands-on experience with user research, solution sketching, wireframing, and final UI/visual design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and influencing client strategy.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Resourcefulness, independence, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• An online portfolio link in the resume is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma Make.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related design field.
