UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Visualize complex information and concepts into simple, effective design touchpoints.
• Develop UI mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate site functionality.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders from business, tech, and marketing teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain deep customer insights.
• Produce final design solutions including interfaces, presentations, and infographics.
• Apply Design Thinking processes to translate customer needs into effective prototypes.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in the UX/UI space, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with user journey mapping tools like Smaply or Mural.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience participating in design sprints and applying design thinking methodologies.
