UI UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead UX/UI design thinking and develop comprehensive design strategies using current methodologies.
• Visualize complex information and business concepts through effective designs, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Develop UI mock-ups, high-fidelity prototypes, interfaces, graphics, banners, presentations, and infographics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain customer insights and co-create solutions with users and stakeholders.
• Design customer journeys and apply design thinking to translate customer needs into effective prototypes.
• Facilitate design discussions and workshops with business, technology, marketing, users, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 or more years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in financial services.
• Experience with Figma, InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and user journey tools such as Smaply or Mural.
• Experience participating in sprints and using prototyping tools.
• Understanding of design thinking methodologies, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, mobile-first principles, responsive design, and Bootstrap.
• Ability to communicate design ideas through presentations and PowerPoint.
