What you will do

• Manage global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with region-specific securities regulations and employment tax requirements.
• Automate employee separation calculations and provide in-depth analysis of payroll data to help Finance and HR forecast employee cost trends.
• Lead the implementation of a single, unified global payroll solution and maximize workflow automations through system integrations.
• Partner with legal and HR to drive the setup of new entities and Employment of Record (EOR) services for international expansion.
• Develop a payroll knowledge repository including FAQs and response templates, and resolve stakeholder queries via JIRA and Slack.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of regional experience working in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with payroll vendor management and HRIS/payroll integration projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
