What you will do

• Coordinate delivery for multiple engineering teams working on AWS-based medical data platforms.
• Align scope, priorities, and sprint/release planning with product objectives.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers across various teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Manage Jira dashboards and Confluence documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Ensure release readiness and operational efficiency for critical healthcare data systems.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Strong background in software engineering or data platforms.
• Experience with AWS environments (S3, Redshift, Glue, CloudWatch, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe is a plus).
• Must be based in Spain.
• English: C1 level (excellent oral and written communication).
