What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for international regions, providing KPI reporting and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and lead international budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue, operating expenses, and headcount.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI and reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Manage and validate commercial data using Adaptive Planning and Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial models and reporting frameworks.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new market launches, pricing analysis, and restructuring.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lausanne, Switzerland
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI for financial storytelling.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (D365 and Adaptive Planning preferred).
• Solid understanding of financial principles and familiarity with US GAAP/SOX.

Nice to have

• CPA (or local equivalent) and/or MBA qualification.
• Experience working in international and multi-currency environments.
• Exposure to commercial finance, sales analytics, or incentive compensation.
